Safa Palvelut provides professional home and office cleaning services (“Service” or “Services”). These General Terms (“Terms”) apply between Safa Palvelut and any individual, company, or organization using our services, website, or mobile app (“Customer” or “User”).

An Agreement is formed when Safa Palvelut confirms the Customer’s order via email or phone. Safa Palvelut may, at its discretion, require payment in advance or conduct basic credit verification for business clients.

Safa Palvelut may update these Terms, notifying Customers at least 30 days in advance.


3. Registration and Use

Users accessing the website or mobile app must:

  • Pay for services according to the agreed terms.


6. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payments are due as specified in the service confirmation.

  • Cancellation policies apply and are communicated at the time of booking.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.


7. Liability

  • Safa Palvelut is responsible for damages caused by negligence during cleaning.

  • Safa Palvelut is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages outside our control.
